Thank you for participating in the 2021 Machine Learning for Industry Forum.  Please complete the appropriate sections of the registration form below:

All participants must register to attend the Forum using the form below.  The Forum hosts will provide all attendees a list of those participants who are willing to share their contact information, so be sure to indicate your preference for sharing your contact information.  Participants will receive instructions on accessing the virtual event after registration has closed on July 29, 2021.

US Citizen?

  1. Presentation Submission (optional)

Participants are encouraged to submit their own Forum presentations according to the Forum Topic list.  Information in the presentations should be open and non-proprietary.  Presentations will be recorded and made available to Forum participants to view after the Forum ends.  Each presentation is limited to 20 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes for audience Q&A.  The Forum hosts reserve the right to limit the number of accepted presentations as needed for schedule and relevance.  Authors will be sent a link for uploading their final presentations in PowerPoint or PDF after the submission deadline has passed.  Deadline for presentation submissions is June 30, 2021.

  1. Industrial Use Case Submission (optional)

Forum participants are encouraged to submit, in advance, a use case to be considered for full evaluation by our ML applications experts.  Two use cases will be chosen from the submissions prior to the Forum to illustrate the process from identifying the need to reaching a practical outcome.  Results will be shared with the Forum as case studies. The analysis of the use cases will occur prior to the Forum and must be submitted early for full consideration. If chosen, the submitting registrant agrees to work with the expert panel to support the analysis prior to the Forum.  All information provided on the challenge problem should be open and non-proprietary. Deadline for submissions is June 30, 2021.
